STAR Academy 2 is in the works!
Friday, October 29th, 2010I recently completed the first draft of the sequel to STAR Academy and it has gone in to Amy Black, my wonderful (and patient) editor at Random House/Doubleday. I am on tenterhooks until I receive her feedback, so am distracting myself with other projects, such as writing on season three of League of Super Evil, and a new series that I have in development with NerdCorps, the same people who produce L.O.S.E.
Meanwhile, for everyone who enjoyed the adventures of Amanda, Derek, Evelyn and Sanjay in the first novel, I think you’ll find that the action – and the stakes – have been amped up a couple of big notches in the second book. More deets to come, since the release date is still ten months away!

Third season of L.O.S.E.? Awesome. And here I thought that show had been canned. Of course, what else can you think when it airs in the US in a horrible time-slot and then disappears without a trace?

Thanks for the good wishes. I love writing for L.O.S.E. Phil and Dav are two of my favourite people to write with. They’re amazingly fun and witty. Nice guys, too.Well, maybe just evil enough to be fun. Anyway, sorry to hear that it’s on at a crappy time in your hood. In Canada, it’s on at a decent hour, where it deserves to be.
